Design & Build Process

1. Consultation

During the visit, I will meet with you personally to discuss and brainstorm your project in further detail answering any questions or concerns you might have. We will work towards bringing your ideas to life whilst staying within a predetermined budget.

Yes, we can use your design for the project. However, some Home Owner Associations require drawings or plans to be approved and we can help with that.

2. Design

Using your ideas and our design expertise, we will 3D model the proposed project to help visualize and achieve the desired final outcome.

Our modeling software can be used to help expedite and acquire HOA approval with videos, pictures, and accurate spec sheets.

3. Quote

After the 3D design has been approved, it can be used to provide an accurate quote for material and labor.

4. Acceptance

During this stage, a down payment will be required once color and material choices have been selected.

This also secures your projects scheduled start date.

5. Construction

Before construction begins, we will ensure all required HOA forms are filed and approved, coordinate with utility companies to maintain a safe working environment, and handle the filing of any necessary permits.

We’re also happy to assist with completing and submitting any HOA or additional forms to help get your project underway.
