Yes, we can use your design for the project. However, some Home Owner Associations require drawings or plans to be approved and we can help with that.

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes, we stand behind our work and it shows! We rarely have any small inconveniences in our projects, but when we do, we happily get it fixed.  We go above and beyond your expectations.

Do you use sub-contractors?

Yes. We hire sub-contractors that are specialists in the line of work they perform and whom we have approved their work. Typically, Electricians & Plumbers (gas hook-ups) are the only sub-contractors we use.

What about weeds that may grow between the pavers?

First, you need to know that if your pavers were properly installed with a good amount of base, which the weeds are growing from the top down, not the bottom up. This can also be prevented by using a quality polymeric sand for the paver joints. Polymeric Sand hardens when you apply water to it. There are special types of joint-stabilizing sealers for pavers that also give added strength to the paver joints when applied.

How much of a Deposit is required to start the project?

A 50% Deposit and a signed proposal will place on our schedule, as well as, getting materials ordered for your project. Full payment is due upon completion.

What about change orders and add-ons?

Sometimes, unforeseen problems arise after the work has started that require additional labor and/or material to complete the job. Some will change their mind and want to add additional items or work, ect. So, a separate invoice would detail the additional materials and labor charges.
